Six Sigma

Stable processes – process stability and reduction of variation

The Six Sigma project model is designed to solve production and quality problems through reduction of variation and errors.

The goal? To improve your company’s bottom line results.

The purpose of a Six Sigma project is a data oriented approach to improve processes and reduce unwanted variation in your processes. The Six Sigma tool is a very strong statistical method which ensures that decisions are made and problems are solved based on data.

The Six Sigma project model consists of the following phases: define, measure, analyse, improve and control (DMAIC). The model is successfully used within production, administrative and development processes.
