SAP Excellence
Increasing demands and expectations
Demands and expectations are increasing and constantly changing, which requires continuous optimisation of the supply chain from procurement of goods, production to distribution. The complexity of logistics is extensive, and transparency is needed in all business processes. At the same time, the SAP systems must support the processes. All this requires SAP competences, business competences and implementation experience – three core elements that we combined call SAP Excellence.
- How do you ensure anchoring of your SAP projects?
- To which extent do you expect that the consultant has knowledge about business processes and is capable of challenging these?
- Do your projects include a definition of key performance indicators and establishment of performance measurement system?
- How specific are the objectives and success criteria of your SAP projects?
Some times 2+2 equals 3. The more consultants, the more time is spent on coordination, hand-over and other secondary elements. Therefore, the consultants need to be highly competent and have a broad profile within:
SAP competences
SAP is the cornerstone in everything we do. In addition, focusing is a key word. We believe that you cannot excel within all areas and, consequently, we focus on the supply chain and not e.g. programming. This means that we have Denmark’s most competent consultants within optimisation of logistics and supply chain.
Business competences
One thing is to master tools, another is to understand your business and your challenges. A SAP project is 20% IT and 80% business and implementation. To ensure a strong theoretical foundation our consultants, therefore, always have at least one university degree. Furthermore, all consultants are, among other disciplines, trained in SCM, project management, Lean and facilitation, which enables us to set goals for the project, determine key performance indicators as well as carry out the project in accordance with the objectives.
