HR & management development

The employees are the key to success

Organisations that attract and develop the most motivated and competent managers and employees are the most successful. Both public and private organisations face a number of extensive and inter-related challenges: Readjustment to knowledge intensive work, constant pressure on the need for innovation, development and change and the struggle of attracting and holding on to the right employees.

  • Do you need to exchange specialist managers for managers who develop the employees and the business at the same time?
  • Do your HR efforts significantly contribute to the realisation of your strategy and the development of your organisation?
  • How do you identify and develop future talents?
  • Do your customers experience the development of the managers?
  • Do you want more committed managers who are fully engaged on all fronts?

We create results for the business by creating better organisations

Link development to the challenges of the organisation
In our work with HR functions and with the development of the organisation and managers we link the development processes closely to the business challenges. Thus, the changes support the organisational development. This requires changes in behaviour, and consequently we always design competence development based on your business challenges and as focused on behaviour as possible.

The development process must focus on everyday work
All management development processes must be linked to the everyday management work so that new tools, debates and inspiration can be transformed immediately into specific action. We have positive experience linking development processes to key dates in the individual company. We e.g. use the dates where the manager joins a strategy or budget process to make home assignments and discuss management in the specific situation.

Planning of competence development
We use competence development processes, various learning arenas and specific everyday behaviour as our focal point. Through coaching and focused development dialogues the development becomes concrete and tangible. All tools and assignments are to be used after the process.
