Change & Implementation

Again?

You constantly practice becoming better at effective implementation of changes so that the changes are anchored in behaviour and effect. Changes are here to stay, and still the next change will be met by ”Again?”. The fact that your organisation implements several change projects does not necessarily mean that the next project will be easier to implement.

Maybe you ask yourself the following questions:

  • How do we become better at landing the benefits and ensuring that changes have a clear impact on the top/bottom line?
  • How do we professionalise and manage changes so that we do not gamble each time, but create changes in shorter time?
  • How do we ensure resources and management competences that match the increasing need for change and development?
  • How do we involve the organisation in the right way?
  • How do we facilitate or stage our change activities effectively?

Implementing changes – regardless of scope – often proves more difficult, more expensive and more time-consuming than expected. We have the ability and dedication to change this!

An implementation model leads the way We work with a practical and nuanced approach to change, which is an elaboration of the classical thought of planned change. We have developed an implementation concept, consisting of five simple principles, that ensures fast and effective implementation of changes with maximum effect. We now have a common language with our customers as to which elements to include in change projects and the importance of using all five principles – throughout the entire change process. Read more

Co-responsibility for specific changes
We take co-responsibility for changes and contribute to design, facilitate and implement large-scale transformation projects as well as delimited change projects. As part of large changes we make managers and employees capable of improving the organisation’s overall conditions and, thereby, the capacity and resources to implement changes in general.

In other contexts it proves more effective to carry out an accelerated process where all involved parties analyse, design, decide and implement the changes here and now. The staging and facilitation of such a process require extensive preparation, but in return you achieve high commitment and far quicker results.
