We generally attract people who need ”freedom” to act and who do not thrive with tight structures, career ladders, procedures and a fixed set of rules.
Authentic and at eye level
We try to say things as they are, to be authentic and honest, to be at eye level with our customers, to say things without wrapping them up in clichés and to respect and acknowledge that our customers already do a lot of things well as it is today. We see that arrogance and self-centredness in our line of business often hinder the creation of results, and we know from experience that humbleness and self-irony are good ingredients for ensuring that we do not fly away in self-satisfaction with the results we create – together with our customers.
