We create results together with our customers

In order to realise our ambition about being the best consulting company at supporting organisations in carrying out strategic changes, we work on the basis of a set of values that are reflected in our way of doing things – a common DNA for Implement Consulting Group:
 

  • Deep specialist, functional expertise and knowledge for each individual consultant. We want to be the best within the disciplines on which we advise. A means of achieving and maintaining this position is to cooperate with our internationally leading colleagues within each competence area. 
  • The ability to create real change. Insight into methods for working with the rational as well as the irrational aspects of carrying out changes. An ability, inner obligation and desire to create lasting changes that result in the desired effect. 
  • Being dedicated to what we do. That customers and colleagues are able to feel that each one of us is dedicated to what he/she does, so that the energy and the commitment which we bring into the project make a difference.
  • We believe that an appreciative approach to change is a prerequisite for the personal and professional development that creates the change. This applies to the relationship with customers as well as between colleagues.
  • We communicate clearly and unambiguously. We believe in ourselves and, therefore, are also able to laugh at ourselves. Our insight into the complexity of change makes us humble towards each individual assignment.

As opposed to the more traditional ”consultant model”, our model is based on a large number of experts and highly experienced consultants and a smaller number of junior resources. We experience that the customers demand a high degree of specialist competence and experience from a specific business sector or concrete experience of a similar problem. This is why a project team from Implement Consulting Group often consists of several experts in different fields in interaction with the customer’s team.

Equally, our assignments are typically projects that go on for a long period of time – perhaps 6-18 months. This is due to the fact that we are often asked to assume co-responsibility for carrying out a change and, hence, for realising specific results. This also means that it is often only a few consultants who drive the change in close interaction with the customer, and not a large team of consultants who analyse the situation and present a solution, leaving the actual execution of this solution to the customer. We simply believe that change must be thought differently to create results.
