Since our foundation in 1996, we have been experiencing almost unbroken growth, and today we are 230 employees and have a turnover of more than DKK 300 million. We experience that, also internationally, there is a need for our competences and focus on implementation of strategic changes. Consequently, Implement Consulting Group is now also based in Sweden and Norway.

A career in Implement Consulting Group does not follow a fixed pattern in the form of a career ladder, which is characteristic for many other consulting companies. We focus on nursing your unique talent in a tailored manner. If your dream is to be an ”associate” in two years, we will do our best to modify that dream quite a lot and instead focus on your core competences and on what is required from a management perspective to make you the best version of yourself. We do this through a personal development plan as well as a management and mentor programme, where one or two colleagues take joint responsibility for your development. This applies to the development of specialist knowledge, your consultant skills as well as your personal development.
