People

Gather the right people

The choice of people we involve as key players in a change project often reflects what we are used to and what is most convenient when the project is initiated.

Our experience shows that there is a lot to gain by putting together a diversified team with clearly defined roles that individually and together support the project’s objectives. Thereby, we ensure a more equal representation of different stakeholders and establish a significantly improved basis for a common language in the organisation regarding the change project.

Questions you need to ask yourself

  • Does this specific change require special attention and focus from the people who need to change their behaviour, and is it possible to generate this attention already?
  • Do changes in your organisation happen when key stakeholders agree or when different views and opinions clash?
  • Who is the ideal individual to lead the change process, and who should be involved?

Change projects succeed when the entire organisation is involved
