Excellent core competences and the ability to create effect
At Implement Consulting Group, we every year invest extensively in developing our competences – both in respect of implementation competences and general consultant competences.
This means that all consultants participate in the following activities every year:
- Tailored consultant training which ensures that all of us master the implementation competences required in order to create effect for our customers (read more below).
- Implement Consulting Group University – 5 days’ intensive training in current methods for carrying out strategic transformation.
- Participation in ”Thought Leader” seminar with international theorists who share their knowledge with us, e.g. John Kotter, Jeffrey Liker, Mike Lewis and Rosabeth Moss Kanter.
- Specialised training within the respective competence areas. On average 10 days for professional development within e.g. Lean, commercial excellence, strategy, operational excellence and process improvement.
Consultant training, six modules of 2-3 days
One of the most important pillars is our consultant training. It consists of the following six modules at which our most experienced colleagues share their knowledge and experience:
Corporate understanding
Gain a fundamental understanding of how organisations and companies are structured in order to increase your insight into basic business processes.
The professional trainer
Expand your repertoire of methods and tools in order to become excellent at planning and executing effective training programmes, workshops and other change methods.
Structured problem-solving and communication
Strengthen your ability to analyse, solve problems and communicate in a targeted manner in order to ensure a higher quality of the assignments (and a higher experienced quality) in your organisation or company.
Effective changes
Strengthen your ability to drive and create change processes so that these are implemented successfully and, hence, create real and perceptible effect in the organisation.
Effective team processes
For you who want to drive, inspire, implement and own changes so that these can create important, perceptible and lasting effects.
Networks and relations
Gain techniques for and insight into the creation of good relations and value in a 1:1 context as well as in teams.
