Our ambition is to be the absolute best at supporting organisations in carrying out strategic changes

This means to realise the solutions we develop in cooperation with our customers. We have chosen this focus due to the fact that 2/3 of all strategic changes do not create the intended results. Behind this fact lies an enormous potential, and today most managers are, consequently, preoccupied with how changes can be carried out faster and more efficiently. It is our aim to be market leading when it comes to development and practical employment of the competences which ensure fast and efficient implementation of strategic transformations.

Be ready to change
We experience that our customers have an increasing need for being capable of changing faster and more frequently. At the same time, the changes become still more complex. This is not a coincidental development – as a matter of fact, we believe that the single most important future success parameter is to be ”agile”, i.e. being constantly ready to change if the need occurs.

Functional expertise and deep insight into creating change
This makes new demands as to how changes are decided, communicated, designed, managed and implemented. It also implies that the interaction between organisation and advisor/consultant is changing, which obliges us, as consultants, in relation to how we work and, not least, how we interact with our customers. It also makes increased demands on us as to our ability to constantly improve and thus create more value. At the same time, it becomes even more crucial for us to possess the deep functional specialist competences which make the difference in complex projects. Our trademark is to link deep functional expertise with a just as deep insight into how change is created.

Ensuring effective implementation of changes
The managers we work with are interested in and work with how to carry out strategic changes in the most effective manner in companies and organisations. We take joint responsibility in this work. Often critical competences within strategy, management, operations and IT are required in order to carry out a real strategic transformation in a company, which is why we engage in these areas. Insight into the rational as well as the irrational aspect of organisational change is crucial – always and in all projects regardless of the subject matter.
